Business Insight Summary
In essence, a business review and evaluation on People, Teams, Leadership and Processes, to identify:
- the owners’ aspirations
- undiscovered opportunities
- barriers to progress
- where to focus resources in order of priority
- clarity of, and alignment to, the Company Vision
- the sturdiness of the business model
- the strength of the foundations for growth
- awareness and living the Company Values
- investor readiness
- current people capability, behaviours and engagement
This review will take place predominately onsite with 1:1 and small group interviews with a representative sample of all staff including Directors and Executives. Where appropriate, telephone and online interviews will also be conducted with a full staff survey being used to validate group findings.
The output will be a written business snapshot report with recommendations and timescales which will be presented face to face with the owner.
